By far the worse oil company I hired for my oil and furnace service. Prices were always higher than what I was supposed to pay, not to mention that service contract is useless. When emergency occurred, it took them 3 days to get back to me, at that time my pipes were frozen and I had to hire outside firm to have it fixed. When technician eventually arrived several months later, he was “too fat” to do the tune up of the unit and had to leave without finishing the work. Seriously, you cannot make this stuff up…. Received oil early Dec as scheduled. Price per gallon was $1.50 more per gallon than other oil companies (4.05 per gallon). When I was called I was told it was because they had to cover costs of being a 24/7 service company. Why do I pay $480.00 for a 24/7 contract per year and penalized with a higher prices per gallon on scheduled deliveries. Cancelled all contracts and services. They probably won't print this review,
Region missed a scheduled oil delivery and never delivered. Ran out of oil while out of town and took them 14+ hours to get a tech out with 15 gallons to “get me by” until they could get a truck delivery. I am on auto delivery and this problem should be have been addressed much sooner. Called the office today and was promised a return call from the manager and they failed there too by not calling back at all. Pretty pathetic CS.
