I have mixed feelings about this company. Everyone over the phone has been really nice!! When we first signed on w them we had some issues. Biggest one was them delivering without the required safety check. But after that mess up things were good. I called on 12/20 to pay my bill in full(rare during covid) and I asked the CSR to schedule a delivery. She said someone would deliver within 3-5 days. Today is 12/28 and I called to see what my status was for delivery. The CSR said I was on for today. No one showed up!! I ... read more

Frank arrived and quickly assessed the problem and was able to change the bad Thermostat shut off value in less than 30 mins. He was great!
