Very happy to see Leo early and not after midnight as I was told when I called. No call from dispatcher to say he was on his way though. Hats off to Leo, he had my furnace back up and running quickly. Very much appreciated after returning home from vacation to find no heat in the house.

Tech was able to arrive earlier than appointment time, diagnosed issue with boiler, explained it to me and replaced the defective part.

I had no problem with service I called around noon saying I had a leak around furnace the girl said someone would be here between 5 and 8. About 5 got a call from service guy saying here was here. Took care of my problem. He was very professional and fixed the leak in a short time . explained what he had to do showed me the part he replaced and left everything dry neat .
