Always very professional & courteous. The technician came within the time frame given. Our technician is truely an asset to Region Energy. We had prior purchased a Service Agreement so this call was covered by the agreement.
An incredible company. Ever since i bought my house I've never been without heat. They have 24/7 service and home care plans that cant be beat. I hope to be Region Energy for a very long time

When the weather started turning cold we found out that our furnace wasn't working. I called Region Energy in the morning and a technician was at our house that afternoon. My husband explained what the problem was and the technician new immediately what it was. He had the part on hand and fixed it quickly. The technician was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will definitely use Region again and recommend them to friends and family.
