Rip off!!! They will fill up your tank and say the price per gallon is just above the locked in price. i had a delivery today at $5.029. I fill up mt diesel truck at $4.75 a gallon and that has road tax. Other oil company's are at $3.99 a gal. I understand Region will be a little more by like 30 cents or so and that they need to make money but $1.00/gal higher than their competition is ridiculous!. You promised to call before you made this last delivery but like you do EVERY TIME you promise in writing or not you have NEVER come through. This is my last season with you.Â
I have used region energy for the last 4 years with automatic propane delivery services to prevent from running low on propane. 3/4 years I have run out of propane and lost heat in my house. They did not respond in a timely manner. This year when I started to have trouble and saw it was low I called for a delivery. I then proceeded to run out like I have previously. Lost all heat in my house. They are still refusing delivery. I would not recommend this company for anyone looking for respect or reliabilityÂ
We have been waiting for a technician to arrive since 8 am this morning. He was suppose to be here between 8 an 2. I called again at 2;30 an was told that he would be here by 2. I ha to call again at 2:15 because no one ha arrived yet. I spent over /2 hour on the line (most of which time I was on hold) an was told that he would be leaving Blairstown by 3 which would put him here by 340. I now have to reschedule the service until tomorrow morning because I have a doctors appointment for which I am already late. The last time... read more
Stay away. Spent thousands of dollars for a new furnace and A/C. Failed inspection. Now they want to charge me $90.00 to come out and "look at it". Crazy, ripoff the customer. Customer Service girl was wonderful. asked for a call back from George and his supervisor Doug. Of course NO ONE has called.Â

Absolute terrible customer service, no ethics, incompetent. I do not have one good thing to say about this company. They dodge your calls, ignore e-mails, and don’t fix problems. I do not recommend working with this company!Â
