My last doctor left the RHJ practice so I was assigned a new doctor at the Chevy Chase location. Dr. Heather Johnson is an absolutely wonderful doctor who took the time to get to know me and find out about any issues that I was concerned about. I like this practice because there are so many kind doctors who can cover for one another.
Great care and knowledge from Dr. Johnson - she is wonderful!! Also, I'm seen on-time and the staff is professional and friendly.
I appreciate the care once I get to the office, but scheduling is a bit difficult. Long wait times to get to a scheduler and confusion in scheduling. Also, I think you switched patient portals at some point and this was not communicated.
