The quality of care from the doctors on staff
I always have pleasant dealings with staff, everyone is professional and seems knowledgeable. not too many logistical problems (once could not make a 'next appointment' when I was in the office so that was not convenient), even if the waits for calling in are usually longer than 20 minutes. Parking is okay (easy, plentiful, covered parking, but not free)
Adherence to safety guidelines and the professionalism of the staff. Not to mention Dr. Johnson is an amazing doctor.
Dr. johnson represents the finest in medicine. she immediately put me at ease - no small feat for a typically anxiety provoking experience...i am actually looking forward to my next exam!
