Doctor was very good at explaining what she was doing and why.
Appointments happen on time, and I really like the staff and my doctor, but trying to get an appointment is impossible and there were too many people in the waiting room when I had an appt during the pandemic.

I love my doctor. She is fantastic. The customer service in the office has declined. When I went for my last appointment, the receptionist said I was not on the schedule for a sonogram. The receptionist was the one who made the appointment! In person one month prior. The doctor and nurse ended up working it out, but I felt that the receptionist who made the mistake was abrupt and showed no empathy for my frustration. Also, I called the office on the day before my appointment to confirm and I was on hold for over a half hour.... read more
