I always have pleasant dealings with staff, everyone is professional and seems knowledgeable. not too many logistical problems (once could not make a 'next appointment' when I was in the office so that was not convenient), even if the waits for calling in are usually longer than 20 minutes. Parking is okay (easy, plentiful, covered parking, but not free)
