I went to buy a back support that's recommend by my physical therapies and he gave me a 10% off coupon to use. Sales person helped me to pick the right product and I told the sales person to use the coupon and unfortunately he forgot to use it and I didn't check my receipt and I have paid full price instead.

We experienced frustratingly slow service at the store. After finally getting our custom item ordered, we received a call saying that they would not be able to build it as requested, but we were offered the floor model instead. Since we were being offered a non-custom, used-item we felt that a significant discount should have been available. We were again frustrated to be told that no discount was available. Most likely our last time purchasing from this company, as customer service is really poor.

I like Relax the Back! I’ve been a customer for many years, as needed. I recently bought a seat cushion but it has not worked out for me. I brought it for home and work, but it has not been comfortable at all. I tried to make it work a couple times as I have lower back pain. I understand that this product isn’t returnable. Why? Please reconsider this.

Very poor. Customer service!!!!!! The car seat support not only did not help but hurt my back!! , after using once!! They said I could not return. If that is true I will never buy at your store or recommend to friends.

Delivery forgot sheets, then sheets did not fit, then did not have sheets to fit the bed. Lots of hassle! Bed is fine.

I bought one of your neck pillows. It’s defective, the store knows it. They have tried to work with me but I’m frustrated. First, they exchanged the foam inside my pillow for the floor model per managers suggestion. Yuk. I still can’t believe I did that. Still didn’t fix the issue. It’s the case. It’s been cut too small and it makes the pillow fold up. Went back in and know they get it. I was told i would be sent two covers to test and see if they are better. It’s been two weeks. Nothing. Great service and useful product. We were disappointed to discover that the desk surface was scratched in multiple locations, probably during manufacturing. I watched the installers and they were very careful. I wish we inspected it more carefully because my spouse was really disappointed with her surprise and we will now be looking for a replacement top for the desk. My experience purchasing a pillow was great: good and friendly, knowledgeable customer service. After taking it home and sleeping on it (with a clean pillowcase) for 3 days and determining it was NOT the correct pillow (discomfort during the night and the day), I took it back to the store in original packaging and with the receipt. The sales staff is very friendly and professional. As for the merchandise, the store's "no return" policy has encouraged me to look elsewhere for pillows.
