This is the 4th chair I have purchased from Relax the Back, and I have always been matched with the proper chair for myself and have had great store customer support.

My chair was late coming in, and I wasn’t aware of the delay until I just stopped by the store to check the status. We got that straightened out, and then the chair came in damaged. This third try was good, and when I picked it up, they had assembled it for me, which was a very nice surprise. And, I do love the chair!
