My chair was late coming in, and I wasn’t aware of the delay until I just stopped by the store to check the status. We got that straightened out, and then the chair came in damaged. This third try was good, and when I picked it up, they had assembled it for me, which was a very nice surprise. And, I do love the chair!

It's been about a month now. The white glove service went very well! I love the Human Touch Gravis ZG Chair! Works very well! I love the mobile app, as it has additional features not on the remote. I'm still waiting for my extended warranty info, but other than that I'm completely satisfied!
