We were in need of a new mattress and chose Relax the Back due to the many positive reviews. My expectations were high and they were exceeded. Scott was absolutely excellent. He listened and then explained what options were available based on our needs. He followed up immediately with a few additional questions we had. Scott was a true professional and your store is fortunate to have him on board. We are confident we made a good choice.

Scott was very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me purchase two chairs. Scott had also helped me a few years ago when I purchased my first Freedom Chair. I would recommend Scott and the Relax the Back store to anyone.

It took a lot longer than what I expected after spending $4000 for a chair. I do love the chair, but I think there needs to be better communication between the manufacturer and the sales people and there should be a way to prioritize folks that want their chairs Sooner

We needed a lumbar support pillow for driving and at home and the sales rep showed us the self-inflating pillow, which after trying, was exactly what my husband needed. We bought two - one for at home, one for the car. The sales rep also took time to explain the features of an inversion table and let my husband try it. Great service.
