We needed a lumbar support pillow for driving and at home and the sales rep showed us the self-inflating pillow, which after trying, was exactly what my husband needed. We bought two - one for at home, one for the car. The sales rep also took time to explain the features of an inversion table and let my husband try it. Great service.
Have had two versions of Human Touch Chairs. Manual and too big. Searched for PC 600 and was very lucky to reach Lisa Holsten @ Chesterfield Mo store. All because of her excellent customer service and product knowledge we purchased 2 PC 600 Supreme motorized chairs via phone. Products delivered and efficiently set up and installed.

We are getting older and were shopping for a lift assist chair. We met the store director Scott Cernich who was most helpful. looking forward to receiving our new chair. We are also interested in another item they carry mattress with an adjustable bases.

Bought floor model Sunday. Not a word from your delivery person. I called Wednesday and was told he would have delivery call. Nope, no one has called and its Thursday. Do i need to cancel this?
