It's been about a month now. The white glove service went very well! I love the Human Touch Gravis ZG Chair! Works very well! I love the mobile app, as it has additional features not on the remote. I'm still waiting for my extended warranty info, but other than that I'm completely satisfied!

We arrived at the Chesterfield location with the intention of educating ourselves about improving our sleep. Much to our surprise we had the store to ourselves. The store director Scott was working at his desk, said hello, and let us browse without intrusion. He later came over and introduced himself and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service and no pressure sales approach were refreshing. Our bed shopping stopped that day and are excited about our purchase.

Went in store with a friend who was interested in buying. I was not. We both bought! That pretty much says it all.
I am so happy to have my chair. You put it together obviously knowing what you were doing, were friendly, and fast. If you can give any input to the manufacturer, I would really love it if the heat could stay on for at least an hour. It’s hard to nap when it goes off every 15 minutes.
