Christina from the Falls Store has been consistently extraordinary she has helped me find again the appropriate adjustable bed for my 92 year Mom. I bought a very nice chair for my elderly mother. I was treated very well at the Miami store in Pinecrest where they were able to get the color I wanted and a box so I could take it up to Jacksonville unharmed. I would recommend this store and it's employees without reservation!
