Thank you Carlos Villaquiran for the excellent customer service. Carlos took the time explaining the fixtures and answering our endless questions, so much that he stayed after the closing time. We had no intentions of buying anything when we came in, but we ended buying a Zero Gravity Recliner and a reclining sofa. Soon after receiving them, the sofa malfunctioned and they sent a technician (Troubleshooter), and it is working again. The problem was just a disconnected cable.
