Great customer service by Christina and the delivery personnel. For the money spent leather maintenance kit should be included , really cheap to try to sell the kit as an additional item

I recently visited Relax the Back in Miami and had the opportunity of working with Mike Urueta. My husband has a bad knee and also had been having back pain in his current recliner which we sarcastically referred to as the "death chair"... it was soft and plush and comfortable to sit in but when you got up you felt like death with aches and pains...
