When my family and I walked in, we were ignored by a salesman. However a young female sales associate then greeted us and helped us with our questions which was very nice. That initial walk in with that particular person set a tone, also he was somewhat rude when he was interacting with my husband. If it wasn't for the young woman we would not have made a purchase or given a second thought to returning to your store.

A tremendous experience. The staff is experienced, knowledgeable, and perhaps most importantly, patient. I must've tried out every chair and asked a thousand questions before selecting my recliner and pillows. Natalie--the salesperson who helped me--was tremendous at every turn, and the delivery team was very thorough in their setup and instructions. I'll be back in the next week to order my office chair (Natalie, you know the one...). And the recliner? Worth every penny.

We purchased a Tempur-Pedic bed from Relax The Back and couldn't have been happier with our shopping experience. Melissa guided us to the perfect mattress by having us lay on one, and then chose the next one based on our feedback. Overall we are enjoying our chair. In addition, the people, to include the delivery men, and the sales staff at our local RTB store were super to deal. My comments, therefore, and the 4-star rating, are related to the product and product information. As a baby boomer, and probably a significant target group for your bottom line, I was surprised that there wasn't a lot of information on how to use this product, such as illustrations and examples of the positions one might try; or tie specific positions to specific ailments. ... read more

Thanks for the feedback, Bruce. I will definitely pass along those comments to the manufacturer. I'm glad to hear the great comments about our sales staff and delivery team. Many of our manufacturers are moving toward on-line instructions for their products, which is also a bit frustrating for me. It is something I will bring up with them. Purchased a recliner (similar to the current Cafe Recliner Recliner). I'd thought by spending several thousands of dollars the black finish would last more than 5-years. The finish is peeling off like latex paint. I contacted customer service and was told that "...sorry it's out of warranty..." there is nothing they can do. I can not recommend this product or the lack of service with such an egregious flaw in product quality during a short time. I would prefer giving zero stars.

Please do not use my full last name. I did not have a good experience. The”loaner pillow” had a perfume odor, and I am sensitive to fragrances. Also, it looked to me that the loaner pillow was flatter than a new one, so my trial with it was an apples to oranges trial. I thought “Dash” was only slightly helpful and understanding.

Sue - I'm sorry you had this experience in our store and with the pillow. We do our best to keep our loaner pillows clean and odor free, but sometimes the soaps we use have some fragrance. They also get stored with other pillows and they do pick up odors. When you did get your new pillow that was not as flat as the trial, does it not work as well for you?
