We bought our first mattress in 2007. WHen there was a need for a new mattress we returned because of the great customer service that was not pressured. We have since purchased another mattress and foundation. The foundation is kind that lifts mattress in all sorts of positions as well as massages. Quality is well worth the cost! Best Chair ever! I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was doing business with you at Relax The Back, Colorado Springs. Thank you so much for allowing me to exchange my Zero Gravity chair when it was delivered and I found out the color didn't go well with the other furniture in the room. Everyone was very helpful at the store particularly Christa. She was very patient with all my questions and worked with me till I was fully satisfied. The delivery guys (Justin and Billy) were great -- on time and efficient. Justin is certainly an expert in the knowledge of the product. He has worked tirelessly to make sure I am completely happy . Very helpful in selecting what they thought would be the best cushion. Unfortunately it ended up that it did not work out. My husband thought it was too hard. He has lost over 30 lbs and has no padding on his bones. My money was refunded with no questions ask. Great people to to do business with.

I'm not an easy customer. What works for most backs and necks - won't work for mine. The amazing Relax the Back staff supported (with a smile) my "moving in" to their store on a couple different occasions to set up a mock office situation -complete with a couple hours of computer work -to test long term various styles of desk chairs and back supports.
