The person helping me was very inexperienced or just simply didn’t care. She didn’t help to find something that would best fit my neck and back she was just offering the most expensive ones with no concerns if it would work for me or not. I asked her if she would check to see if it works for me, and she said I am. But that’s not true because you should go to the back of the person and check their neck and spine as they lay on the pillow on both sides. The most important factor we consider when choosing products to carry is "does the product do the job it's designed to do." That's most important to me. Poor customer service said I have chronic pain and looking for zero gravity chair, he points to one chair and says its popular one, I told him that cost too much, he never showed or told me about any other chairs, he didn't seem to want to help me or sell me any other chair but the one I told him was too much for me., not a good sales person

There was a woman and a man working the day I was there. I don’t have names but the man who rang up my order did not know nearly as much as the woman. He also was not as helpful. She had to interrupt him several times to remind him of this or that product to offer me. Since we were the only customers, I really wanted to tell the man I would prefer to work with the other associate. Had 2 come back twice to get waited on. No hello or recognition when I came in. They were busy with customers. I did want something I saw on the website but it was not in the store. No offer to get it for me. I did decide myself on another option which I purchased

I expected to purchase the same pillow I had before, but she sold me a travel size instead of a queen. My information was not up to date in your system. Frustrating because I rarely get to that side of town.

I bought two things a neck pillow and a lift for my feet. They were very expensive. I brought them home they did not work for me and I could not take them back. Over one hundred dollars wasted. So I will not be shopping at relax the back any more. I think they have great products but the return policy is bad. I am a very unhappy customer. I do not have receipts any more so have decided I just have to lose the money I spent there.
