My mom and I came into this store in search of new pillows. Natalie was absolutely amazing from the start. She was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She was very diligent about making sure that we left the store with the right pillow. She even told us about the "pillow loaner" program, which was perfect for my mom and I. I was able to try 2 different pillows and decide which one I liked better. I cannot say enough positive things about this store and Natalie. She is an amazing addition to the "Relax the Back" Team!

Another large purchase that is high quality, good for my back and excellent service to go with it! I bought a LifeForm office chair recently. The quality is outstanding. I got the coccyx cutout and that does wonders keeping pressure off of my lower back. Very happy with the purchase. As always, Natalie was outstanding throughout the process. Delivery was on time and seamless also. Another great experience!
