Aaron went above and beyond helping me find just the right chair and then fine tuning the adjustments. You couldn't ask for better customer service. And the inventory is amazing. Something for everyone.

I bought the Ultimate Executive Mid Back Office Chair for around $3,500. I had no idea it was faux leather. I keep slipping off of it unless I put a towel on it. It is extremely difficult to adjust. I can't get comfortable on it. I think it is too much chair for me -- it's probably more suitable for a larger man than a 115 pound 5'4" woman. The store has to order a special part so the recline feature will work. My back hurts when I sit on it. AND I CAN'T RETURN IT. I am so unhappy. And I just lost my house in the ... read more
