The store manager in Pasadena, CA, Aaron David Resnick, was a huge help from start to finish! He helped me select the right executive, leather chair for my law office, and the quality of the chair itself, (mechanically) is top notch! The quality, color, texture and feel of the chair is amazing, and just what I was looking for! Aaron was just fantastic to work with. He really knows his chairs! He took his time, showed me the different executive chairs available, and all the different options in equipment, leathers, colors, etc. I bought a fairly high-end unit that I'm sure I'll be very happy with!
