Aaron was just fantastic to work with. He really knows his chairs! He took his time, showed me the different executive chairs available, and all the different options in equipment, leathers, colors, etc. I bought a fairly high-end unit that I'm sure I'll be very happy with! Everything was fine
I purchased 2 zero gravity recliners, I’m two hours away from the Pasadena location so my order was completely done on the telephone. I had purchased 2 zero recliners approximately 13 years ago and decided to upgrade for my husband could get in and out of the recliner easier. Service was impeccable. The gentleman that I worked with walked me through the entire purchase, comfort, quality. I am delighted with my purchase.
