I was able to talk to the owner/manager of the store at length about what I needed in a chair and what I was looking for. He showed me several chairs and I found one that I liked. It was a Lifeform chair. He then let me know that Lifeform can do extensive customizations, so I had him customize the chair for me and order it. I now have the chair and it is working out well.
Considerate and caring staff. Very professional and informative service to help us decide the very best chair and recliner for our orthopedic needs. Outstanding service in all aspects of making a purchase .
