I purchased 2 zero gravity recliners, I’m two hours away from the Pasadena location so my order was completely done on the telephone. I had purchased 2 zero recliners approximately 13 years ago and decided to upgrade for my husband could get in and out of the recliner easier. Service was impeccable. Aaron knows his products inside out. We talked about what was ailing me and he showed me how the chairs worked and what they could do for me. They are on the expensive side but nothing compares to the comfort you can get from them. I wasn't up-selled or sold a bill of goods. Everything Was Great! My daughter & I were helped right away, I was looking for a zero gravity chair and bed. I was encouraged to try every chair in the place. I learned about each chairs features: how they were made, type of wood used, type of padding, heat, massage, leather & colors, the works. I made my choice & I’m waiting for delivery. I also bought a Queen size zero gravity bed & my husband & I have been using it all this week.The VERY FIRST MORNING my back & sciatica felt better. First of all, Aaron is my go to when identifying which piece of furniture or with this last purchase, what could Relax the Back offer a customer who is experiencing pain associated with sciatica? Aaron immediately offered the wedge seat cushion; I have one in my car and one for home use. Such a difference! I had no idea how my car seat, dining room chairs, and sofa cushion exacerbated the sciatica. The bouts of pain have substantially decreased.
