Did what they were supposed to and kept me informed of progress. I had new filters installed and am not happy with cost but I guess it is what it is.

Much improved customer service. Reasonable wait time for service completion and within normal price points for technical service and items purchased. Nice to see Reliable getting back on track as the last couple of years has been very disappointing.
