My experience with Reliable isn't good. Sales people couldn't put in an effort with senior citizens. Didn't offer us drinks or food. Kept us waiting for 6 hours. Didn't offer us any benefits for buying our car out right.

Had an appointment at 10:15 for Lubin oil and tire rotation and took just over two Hours Way too long way too long

Issac was awesome, so was Jesse and Paul was helpful in the end as well. Tiarre downright changed the terms of my contact. I have since fixed the issue, but they began by saying oh I signed, I showed have looked at all the service contracts that were added. I explicitly stated I do not want anything added and told her no at every turn. Maybe I am naive but I am truly stunned that this could happen. He didn't listen to my request. I wanted an oil change and to have my tires rotated. They supposedly did the 21 point inspection but didn't even look at my tires. I had two replaced at Discount Tire on February 28 ( last Saturday) because they were at less than 1/32 tread. I was mad because my bill at reliable Nissan was $480 and one of the main reasons I went to Reliable Nissan on February 21st was overlooked. He did not bother to listen to me or write it down. No You couldn't complete the work I requested and you said that there was no help available and they didn't know how to resolve my issues.So I am unhappy with you guys

I did ask for the brakes to be reviewed. I had new brakes put on back in July and they were squeaking and they are still squeaking after they looked at them again, so I am not very satisfied.

Reliable Nissan had a very nice sales person named Jessica she was very friendly! Unfortunately I had some issues with my vehicle and the service manager constantly gave me “the run around”.

They didn't follow through with updates until I complained. Then made me feel like a burden when I first asked for a loaner car. My car was in the shop for over 3 weeks!

Will not be returning, 2nd time my car is leaking from an oil change. Customer service is good but ruins the whole thing when a service on my car isn't done right.
