In market for an Outback and thought we would window shop @reliable Subaru on Christmas Day. Found 2 that were in the running until..... the "Mall Cop" came up and started accusing my two sons (who were right beside me)of messing with a Golf Cart. He didn't identify himself, nor did he have anything on that would identify him. This company actively fires competent and praised employees for telling management about being diagnosed with acute reoccurring MS. Don't give them your business. Don't worry Subaru, I will be posting this to every single social media site available. You won't get away with violating the Americans with Disabilities Act.
It's a pity zero stars are not an option. Good luck with getting a service writer to return your call.
After reading these 2 reviews, I don't think I will be purchasing a Forester from them!
Let me start by saying that the Subarus were very nice and it is looking like the Forester will end up being at the top of the list. With that said, our experience was less than optimal when we stopped by. We were met by a gentlemen almost immediately upon leave our truck.
