RecommendedI really respect the work the Reliable Imports and RV service department treated my vehicle and my time. Danny Vaughn on the Subaru service drive helped me set up my 2017 Legacy Sport with its 15,000 mile scheduled service. He got me the perfect service plan that included fluids for my car and multiple filters and interior detail. All at a price that I could afford and be proud to say you have to go here for ALL of your vehicle, up to truck and RV, needs.

I was looking for a good car that got really great gas mileage. A quick online search lead me to Reliable. I received excellent customer service with just the phone call to begin with, I was ready to go in for a test drive. No time was wasted chatting, Nate got me into the car I was interested in. Was doubtful about taking my vehicles to Reliable Subaru for service after three horrible experiences with Reliable Toyota. After one visit Reliable Subaru earned my trust, after several more visits (I own a couple of Subarus) they have earned my loyalty. The diagnostics are accurate, the price is fair, and the communication during the extended service wait time is exemplary. The courtesy vehicle is convenient. They would be 5 star if the waiting area was more like Heuberger Subaru in Colorado Springs.
My girlfriend and I went up to their to get a new car. They let me test drive as many as I like, the cars handle like a dream, but I couldn't get the car I wanted, because my credit sucked. So they helped me get a used one. The use car was almost new. It looked good and I like it. The only down side is I waited all day to get my car financed. Maybe They were busy more so than usual, i don't know. I kinda wished that I asked for an add-on or something to make the deal a little better.
