RecommendedWas doubtful about taking my vehicles to Reliable Subaru for service after three horrible experiences with Reliable Toyota. After one visit Reliable Subaru earned my trust, after several more visits (I own a couple of Subarus) they have earned my loyalty. The diagnostics are accurate, the price is fair, and the communication during the extended service wait time is exemplary. The courtesy vehicle is convenient. They would be 5 star if the waiting area was more like Heuberger Subaru in Colorado Springs.

RecommendedMy girlfriend and I went up to their to get a new car. They let me test drive as many as I like, the cars handle like a dream, but I couldn't get the car I wanted, because my credit sucked. So they helped me get a used one. The use car was almost new. It looked good and I like it. The only down side is I waited all day to get my car financed. Maybe They were busy more so than usual, i don't know. I kinda wished that I asked for an add-on or something to make the deal a little better.
