I guess my experience was the exact opposite of the other reviews. They were outstanding during my visit and had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

After having a horrible experience last time I went, they promised me a free oil change to keep my business. Last time included them handing me my key when we were done and me having to come back in to ask where my car was while it’s raining and I’m on crutches and they said “not sure, in the parking lot somewhere “. Super helpful! When I called to schedule this time they said they had no record of the free oil change and would call me back. 6 hours later I still have no return call. 0/0 recommend. First pulled in to have nobody greet us. Took the car in for repair in which I had a warranty for. The BIGGEST warranty company in the US and they would not make a simple call to have it repaired under the warranty company.. Instead wanted to charge us the full price and then some for services I already had done.. They even sent me the car facts to show the services I had done. What a joke. I would love to say I would recommend Reliable Subaru but Brad in the finance department has ruined that by adding a service plan. Not in my name the person paying the loan who would be making that decision but in the name of my cosigner who I know didn't sign for it because they would have discussed it with me first. Oh and there's still another $1500 dollars that I need to go to the dealership and find out where it is and what it was charged to because I'm paying this loan and I did not authorize anything extra.

I’ve always loved my Subaru, but my experience at Reliable Subaru was incredibly disappointing. I brought my vehicle in for a CVT concern, expecting professional help and answers. Instead, I left with less power and a car that ran worse than when I dropped it off. A few days later, it started misfiring, hesitating, and sputtering. I ended up taking it to a trusted local shop, and they found the issue in minutes: a loose vacuum line. Do not buy their maintenance plan and do not buy their warranty plan. They will not honor it. Armondo sold us on a maintence plan that he knew nothing about. Completely incompetent on the subject. Told us it had unlimited miles for 3 years and covered all maintenance. We came in for our second oil change, they wanted to charge us $300 for an air filter an alignment at 12k miles? Absolutely horrible experience. Bought a used car, paid cash for it. Had A/c problems they said they would take care of and they never did. Took almost 3 months to get my lien release causing me to have a title penalty. They did reimburse me for that thanks goodness. In 1 month of owner ship, a code popped up saying the car needed a timing belt replacement. They said they would not cover it as it was used and “it wasnt on the car when they checked it in”. Reliable Subaru TLDR; Sales department rocks, service department would make a runny nose and a gunshot wound to the chest equally urgent and charge you handsomely for both after psychologically torturing you in the waiting room for 6 hours. Most recent interaction with Reliable was waiting on parts for 1 month that were actually never even ordered as I’m driving around with a car that always smells faintly of gasoline. DO NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS PLACE. If you expect any kind of customer service after you purchase a vehicle from this joke of a dealership. I’m now dealing with corporate Subaru to get issues taken care of that could have been handled in-house. Hopefully Mike Curtis will see this and return my call. Their customer relations person Shanna can’t even return a call.
