I guess my experience was the exact opposite of the other reviews. They were outstanding during my visit and had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. When I purchased my vehicle eight months ago, I also purchased interior, exterior, and mechanical warranty coverage. Unfortunately, the services provided have not matched what was explained during the sale. Reliable Subaru is only about profit for themselves. They don’t offer the Subaru Gold extended warranty. They only offer a higher priced 3rd party extended warranty that gives them a higher profit margin. The Subaru warranty is less expensive and basically acts as an extension of the 3 year 36,000 warranty. Reliable pushes the Zaktek interior/exterior protection for $900 but fail to tell you it’s non-cancellable and non-refundable. If I could give Reliable Subaru zero stars, I would. Dealing with this dealership has been an absolute nightmare. I spent nearly three weeks in constant contact with a sales rep named Ace, waiting for a Subaru Outback Limited to arrive. I explicitly told him what I wanted, and he promised me-multiple times -that he would notify me the second it landed so could buy it. To anybody considering any business with Reliable Subaru. Any of the reliable dealerships honestly, they are all 1 umbrella. I may be wrong in my opinion here, but I really don't think I am. We've never had our vehicle serviced there, but I've bought parts before. There are opportunities to create a relationship with a customer that leads to future business. went in the week befor last and financed a 2020 subaru Forrester. we put 7000 down and financed 8 thru USAA. we had to have them replace Hood because while preparing the car for us to take home an employee backed into our car in there personal car wash, no problem, they gave us a loaner and said our car would be fixed by Friday the following week. After having a horrible experience last time I went, they promised me a free oil change to keep my business. Last time included them handing me my key when we were done and me having to come back in to ask where my car was while it’s raining and I’m on crutches and they said “not sure, in the parking lot somewhere “. 0/0 recommend. First pulled in to have nobody greet us. Took the car in for repair in which I had a warranty for. The BIGGEST warranty company in the US and they would not make a simple call to have it repaired under the warranty company.. Instead wanted to charge us the full price and then some for services I already had done.. They even sent me the car facts to show the services I had done. What a joke. I would love to say I would recommend Reliable Subaru but Brad in the finance department has ruined that by adding a service plan. Not in my name the person paying the loan who would be making that decision but in the name of my cosigner who I know didn't sign for it because they would have discussed it with me first. Oh and there's still another $1500 dollars that I need to go to the dealership and find out where it is and what it was charged to because I'm paying this loan and I did not authorize anything extra.
