MY OPINION ONLY: THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER, I had a 2001 Legacy sedan, took it to Reliable, I take very good care of my car, 6/30/2011, 1st repair, miles 105,891 cost $3,387.91 7/11/2016, 2nd repair, miles 174,304 cost $702.62 KNOCK SENSOR Repair $305.66 plus $155.62 As I now live in Nebraska, visiting in Missouri, I told the guy I had a 5 hour drive, he made me wait, then when I went in to the bay to see what was going on, there was another car there, he did something sent it to the computer and THEN PUT IT INSID... read more

When I bought my Suburu, I was very pleased. The process was professional and efficient. But about 6 months in, the was a oil usage issue on my model. Manager assured me they "would take of it." Undertook discussion to trade. I was handed off to a saleman and no accommodation was offered. Trade-in of a 6 mth old car with a defect was below blue book. Manager would not come to speak to me at that point when asked. I love my Suburu, but all future business won't be thru Reliable. I'll be going to Fayetteville.

The service department is the slowest and rudest. I waited almost 2 hrs yesterday for only an oil change with minimal people in the waiting room. Service attendants acted annoyed that I would ask how much longer after sitting for an hour.

In market for an Outback and thought we would window shop @reliable Subaru on Christmas Day. Found 2 that were in the running until..... the "Mall Cop" came up and started accusing my two sons (who were right beside me)of messing with a Golf Cart. He didn't identify himself, nor did he have anything on that would identify him. I asked him immediately what the problem was and he turned, raised a pointed finger and said " I am not talking to you" .... you can only guess were the conversation went from there. This company actively fires competent and praised employees for telling management about being diagnosed with acute reoccurring MS. Don't give them your business. Don't worry Subaru, I will be posting this to every single social media site available. You won't get away with violating the Americans with Disabilities Act.

After reading these 2 reviews, I don't think I will be purchasing a Forester from them!

Let me start by saying that the Subarus were very nice and it is looking like the Forester will end up being at the top of the list. With that said, our experience was less than optimal when we stopped by. We were met by a gentlemen almost immediately upon leave our truck. I understand that some people feel this is necessary, so that didn't bother me too much.
