Horrible customer service did damage to my new STI several times and won’t take ownership of this issues. Never returns calls or messages!

Charge me 900 salt and dollars for a new coolant line to the Turbo from the expansion tank and an upper and lower radiator hose and apparently a coolant flush. To find out that none of the parts that they claimed to replace had even been touched and the car still overheats. In which they replied if it's on the ticket we did it. Then they come out and tell me well it's probably your head gasket skip and then refuse to diagnose it for me they just said we're diagnosing it off of what you're telling us and I told them pull ... read more

Reliable Subaru is anything but reliable. Have been going there for over 3 years to get our car serviced, be it scheduled milage maintenance or unscheduled maintenance and always enjoyed the friendly and honest service when dealing with Danny. Lately have been dealing with a service attendant Mitch and his service manager, who still has not returned my call placed prior to Thanksgiving. Granted, we drove up in a beat up old car, but we both have much nicer newer vehicles at home. The salesman wouldn't even talk to us. He just ignored us and giggled at my girlfriend's 85 chevy. We even tried to approach him at one point, but he just kept on walking.
I had a terrible experience yesterday with the service department. I told them about a section of my fender coming loose. They looked at it and said there was a clip missing but they didn't fix it! I also told them about a clicking sound in the rear when I make a continuous left turn. They said they couldn't hear any noise. Did they even drive the car? But they did give me loads of paperwork for everything else they felt needed to be addressed for a whopping 3,000.00! OH, and when I started my car to leave the radio blast... read more
MY OPINION ONLY: THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER, I had a 2001 Legacy sedan, took it to Reliable, I take very good care of my car, 6/30/2011, 1st repair, miles 105,891 cost $3,387.91 7/11/2016, 2nd repair, miles 174,304 cost $702.62 KNOCK SENSOR Repair $305.66 plus $155.62 As I now live in Nebraska, visiting in Missouri, I told the guy I had a 5 hour drive, he made me wait, then when I went in to the bay to see what was going on, there was another car there, he did something sent it to the computer and THEN PUT IT INSID... read more
When I bought my Suburu, I was very pleased. The process was professional and efficient. But about 6 months in, the was a oil usage issue on my model. Manager assured me they "would take of it." Undertook discussion to trade. I was handed off to a saleman and no accommodation was offered. Trade-in of a 6 mth old car with a defect was below blue book. Manager would not come to speak to me at that point when asked. I love my Suburu, but all future business won't be thru Reliable. I'll be going to Fayetteville.
The service department is the slowest and rudest. I waited almost 2 hrs yesterday for only an oil change with minimal people in the waiting room. Service attendants acted annoyed that I would ask how much longer after sitting for an hour.
