Within that time, we had two different managers/workers that either 1. did not respond at all and 2. gave us seriously wrong and misleading information UNTIL the new managers Samantha and Pete came along. Wedding date: 9/25/2020 The venue is beautiful that's for sure. My husband and I were so excited when we said yes to this venue. The whole process was ok when dealing with the staff since it was during the pandemic. My 3 star review is geared towards the day of wedding which is the most important day! Below are a few things that really could of been managed better for an overall experience. We payed $400 for a day of coordinator that seemed to not coordinate anything that day. Hidden Falls is absolutely stunning! The waterfalls are absolutely breathtaking. The two venues they have on property are unique, one more modern and one more traditional. They even have lodging onsite, which for this location is so helpful!
We held our son and now daughter in law's wedding at Remi's Ridge a couple of weeks ago (August 3). The place is amazingly beautiful and the team supporting us were wonderful! Our weekend started with rehearsal on Friday afternoon. Chandler, our day of coordinator, was there and very prepared. It was a large wedding party, and she got them organized and running very effectively. Very nice place. Clean and neat. Been to two weddings here and both where very nice. Waterfall background and back yard would be my favorite part.
I attended a wedding there in November 2017. I have looked at some of the other reviews, and I can't comment on how management deals with the families paying for the wedding, as I had no visibility into that. My comments are purely from someone who attended a wedding and who was not paying. The venue is very, very pretty. This place is far but worth the drive! Such a beautiful wedding venue. I love the waterfall where the wedding ceremony takes place! Very rustic and chic! Catered food was delicious! Very nice venue for weddings or any celebration!
5 stars for the views and our wedding coordinator Kortney!!! Update: Worth every penny spent. Our best money spent was on Kortney. She is amazing at what she does and I could have not asked for a better coordinator than her.
don't book the venue, lady in charge makes it about herself and wants to be the main character. Doesn't let anything to as planned and limits everything when fun starts happening
