Wedding Date: 05/15/2021 LODGING -Treehouse This is a review strictly on the rental property at the Treehouse. BEWARE! Do NOT rent this property. I rented this property a year in advance for 2 nights for our Rehearsal Dinner and for a place for the bridal party to stay after the wedding. The marketing doesn't live up to real-life here. After you sign the contract, they become non-response, don't seem care about COVID-19 issues and don't address any safety or health concerns. BE VERY CAREFUL when dealing with them. We are now sending signature-required letters to them just trying to get a response. Your sales coordinator will disappear when you start asking questions. Don't ruin your special day by dealing with an unprofessional and unresponsive team.
BUYER BEWARE! Hayes Hollow is owned by Walters Wedding Estates. We had planned to have our wedding this October. I work in the airline industry, so there is a significant degree of uncertainty around my job. Because of this we wanted to move our date. We have already paid the venue over $2000 in deposits. DO NOT SELECT THIS VENUE !! The only reason I'm giving it one star is because of the brides and grooms suites. My son and his fiancé selected this venue. They were scheduled to be married on May 30. And then the Covid- 19 virus hit ! We have had nothing but pure hell ever since. The venue management has YET to inform any couples that have weddings scheduled beyond May 10 if they can even have a wedding. I got married here 11-23-19 at Remi's Ridge. The good thing I have to say is that the venue is absolutely beautiful. The on-sight catering service has great food. And the area for the ceremony is gorgeous and the reception area was perfect for my 200+ guests. BUT... The number of negative things that we faced with this venue far outweigh the good, sadly. The venue at Hidden Falls Hayes Hollow is beautiful and I fell in love with it at first sight! The only reason I wouldn't give my experience five stars is because our wedding day coordinator and the difficulty getting anyone to answer the phone there, even on weekdays. When we initially signed our contract, we were so excited and Abigail really did a great job answering all of our questions. Since posting this review, I've been contacted my other couples who had similar experiences and in each instance, the venue staff has suggested it was a wedding guest and have not offered to take responsibility for these events. DO NOT USE THIS VENUE
Buyers Beware! My son had his wedding at Hidden Falls on January 5, 2019. The coordinator was helpful and tried to keep the wedding on schedule. Venue was beautiful and the wedding had a flare of elegance. The ceremony was outside and afterwards had the reception indoors. The bride and groom had their gifts on a table at the entrance of the venue. My son and his wife had their wedding early in January of 2019. The venue is extremely beautiful. However, don't let beauty fool you. The coordinator appeared to be extremely helpful in planning and organizing the wedding however, if the coordinator was to make sure that the ceremony and reception was on schedule, why is it that the coordinator did not inform the wedding couple that they have had a few incidents of theft in the entrance way of the venue?
