The venue is beautiful and the coordinator was very sweet but very inexperienced. We were told we could use floating candles so I purchased them and then they wouldn't let us use them. We had done a food tasting and we were excited about our choices. The reception food was horrible! We were supposed to have NY strip but it was more like prime rib. Let me start by saying that the venue is gorgeous and our son and new daughter in law's wedding was wonderful! We all had the best time, thanks to their amazing attitudes and willingness to roll with it. However....a few things you should know before booking your special day here: 1. There are "wedding planners" but they don't plan, coordinate, or oversee anything. They don't have any experience or really know what to do. My daughter's wedding was 10/27/23. Our end of night encounter with the General Manager, Lisa Hardwick ruined the evening and upset both groom/bride not to mention us and the entire wedding party!!!!!! We paid a lot of money for our daughter's wedding and to be treated this way was completely uncalled for and appalling! Ms. Hardwick accused the groomsmen of doing something they didn't do. This is an absolute beautiful venue. The grounds team do a great job on maintaining the property. However, the planning team(s) and the day off coordination leaves a lot to be desired. The communication was difficult at best. Spent months talking with various people and creating the " planning document" of which was not really followed! Where I appreciate that the company made an effort to right some wrongs, when the moment is over, it's over.

I will preface this review by stating that the property and the facilities are beautiful. Aesthetically, this venue is perfect. The staff and management however are so terrible, that I would advise any bride that does not want to stress on her big day to stay away. We had our wedding in March 2023, things seemingly went smoothly other than the venue and our planning coordinator were very difficult to get a hold of. The actual wedding venue is beautiful! But they could def fix a few things. First, all the guest were lost because the gps takes you into a neighborhood with no wedding access. So make sure you leave 30 min earlier so you can actually find the place. It was hot in the reception area. Also plan to eat before and after because they don't serve you anything. Please do not book this venue. It was so unorganized and the woman who was coordinating was so rude. They basically rushed us out and then started cleaning up our tables and threw away a bunch of our candy and goodie bags. When we asked them about it the lady said "oh there's more over there" and there was not. The food portions were also soooo small and wouldn't serve use more despite there being more food trays. Please do not waste your time and money here, they do not know what they're doing.

Spectacular setting and wonderful attendants and meal! Have a very important suggetion: I was a guest who drove from out of town following directions on website which inked to a google map which was wrong. It led to an incorrect neighborhood with a dead end street with the same name. We used google again via phone and of course, incorrect directions again. Hayes hollow at hidden falls was the venue of my dreams. Although overpriced, I was willing to spend the $30k for bar, food and venue. Customer service was great up until the day of. It was like once they had the total amount of our money, we were nobodies to them.
