While the venue was nice, Connie our day of Lodge coordinator was not only unaccommodating but also extremely rude and did not deliver on what we had paid for. The venue coordinators shorted us two tables than what we had asked for, which caused so much stress and running around given that we had set table arrangements. They did nothing to compensate this or fix the situation even though there was enough time to set up two more tables really quickly.
