Elizabeth did great with coordinating setup between our office and ReNew Digital for our new pan machine. Devon was terrific with training us on the new equipment and how to take a proper panoramic. I felt like the training he provided was more help then I was taught in hygiene school! Perfect pans from here on out!
Devon was absolutely wonderful and very professional. He installed the X-ray machine so effortlessly and went the extra mile to install a more stable wood to ensure the safety of all patients and staff. I would definitely recommend him as he did an amazing job! And thank you to Elizabeth for coordinating this, it is so greatly appreciated!
Andrew was our technician today and was the most helpful person we could have had! He took the time to not only fix the problem but also to explain every little detail possible about the pano machine/cbct to our assistants. He was kind enough to be our point of contact now for any other issues!

It is really a 5 after Renew Digital 'replaced' an bad apple. Frank the sales guy talked me through my pano purchase. He helped facilitate the financing. Then the bad apple almost blew the deal. Then Elizabeth Bevans came to the rescue and put together a smooth installation. And the installation tech was terrific. On time. Clean and polite and super helpful with the orientation. No question, I would recommend Renew Digital.
Our technician, Dustin, did a great job explaining and demonstrating how our new ICAT Scanner works. He was very informative and answered all the questions we asked, no matter how stupid. He talked us through a practice run doing a preview scan and a full scan, giving us pointers along the way. He left us feeling very comfortable in using the machine and knowing that if we ran into any problems, he was only a phone call away.
We are so satisfied with David, our installation technician! He was amazing company and very well educated. We have learned a lot from David and we are so happy with our new Panoramic machine. Thank you so much!
