Renew Digital was very professional and made selling our pano machine very easy. We would recommend.
I have purchased 2 units from Renew and they have always been easy to work with. I especially appreciate the help desk after the install. As everyone knows who owns dental equipment the install is simple, but sometimes you feel out on an island after they leave. With renew they are quick to answer, log in remotely, and fix any problem that we have had. I can say from experience that isn't the case with other dental companies. I highly recommend renew digital.
From the start of this experience everyone involved was amazing. Considering the details involved with this large of a project it was seamless thanks to everyone at Renew. When purchasing from Renew Digital, other big name equipment sellers told me to beware of the service I would receive and that you get what you pay for. I've had a great experience with service recently that I had to come here to share. The machine that we originally purchased was having problems that several service techs could not fix--so Nathan with Renew Digital let me know that he would replace the machine completely.
