Completely unresponsive and incredibly hard to get in touch with. Avoid at all costs.

I had an unprofessional experience working with Renters Warehouse as a licensed agent representing an elderly retired couple. My clients were confused about how to schedule a showing, so I assisted them by scheduling and showing them the property then calling on their behalf. When I asked about the application process and tenant brokerage commission, the first representative stated that commission was paid but could not provide details and transferred me to a leasing agent. This company gives scam! I applied for a property and never heard anything back. You have to constantly reach out to them for a response. Do not waist your time!!!

I've scheduled 2 showings for a property that's I still have yet to see. This company forces you to schedule a self-guided tour but they don't provide a code within the 10 minute window they give you. I came early both times and never received a code. Tried calling the agent and the company numbers provided in the appointment email and no one answers. Extremely disappointing that I wasted my time and gas. I used renters warehouse to locate a tenant for my townhome. They found us a good tenant, but since I didn't go through them for property management, once they received the signed lease and first months rent plus deposit, they stopped responding to me. They didn't send me a signed lease. Eventually the tenant and I had to get in contact with each other bc we had no idea what was pending or next steps. Renter's Warehouse has a terrible maintenance team. The communication with maintenance is awful and their response to emergency maintenance requests is not timely in any way. Our hot water heater was out and we waited over a week for someone to even come look at it, our washing machine was out which we also waited a week to be repaired, and our thermostat malfunctioned which we waited for about a week for someone to come look at that too. The worst experience I ever had in my life one I was deal with Rodrigo it started off pleasant then it turn into a bad connection I'm start with I was approve for a unit that had to go though inspection with housing with it did fail then the did the repairs and it fail the second time so they had to do some more work i reach out to Rodrigo for updates it was I waiting for the landlord to get back to me but the property is back on the market cause no one leasing it and I'm keep you updated 2 week late the work in done on the ... read more

Worst customer service I've seen in 20 years of renting. Avoid at all cost. Quick to take your money. Weeks to get any repair done.

Horrible company! My family and I was renting a home for almost 4 years just to be told randomly one day the owners wanted to Sell. Apparently they had us sign another year lease that wasn't honored by the owners. Instead of being honest about this mistake early on they waited until the last minute and we had to move . They tried to force us to sign a new monthly lease to Avoid telling the homeowners what happened. They didn't cover moving expenses or compensate us for the huge inconvenience.
