Never again. Renter's warehouse was good for one thing: helping me find the home and helping the homeowner find a tenant. After that it is all downhill. Current issue: waiting for the deposit to be returned. The owner of the house I was renting spoke to renter's warehouse asking them to return my deposit and still no luck. Horrible liars they are. Took money approved the application and then just decided not to lease it. They waisted my time knowing I was in rush. Kept telling me they are sending me the lease agreement. And jus said no the owner said no. After my credit got check and everything was fine. This is a scamming company.

Absolute nightmare dealing with this company! The tenant has been with out a working oven for 10 weeks. The property manager at Renter's Warehouse, Zach, never answers the phone, does not return calls, is no help at all. I left multiple messages for Zach, his manager, or anyone who would return a call but we heard nothing from them. I actually had to drive to Tyson's corner, their office, to speak to someone. After 5 months of living with Renter's Warehouse I can confidently say that they are simply the worst. Nothing ever gets fixed, and I'm convinced everyone who works there is either incompetent or simply lazy. I'm currently living with blinds that are broken on my sliding glass door, allowing everyone walking by to see into my apartment (feels very unsafe), a broken sink garbage disposal causing my apartment to reek, a broken bathroom towel holder (fell off the wall, taking some of the wall with it), and there are holes in my... read more

We rented an apartment at Ashburn VA and the property is managed by Renters Warehouse (RW) with office at McLean VA. Probably, if you report a minor issue to them like fixing a door or window they will respond. But NOT for heating issue my family endured on the month of Feb 2019. I called them two Saturday mornings and they will just say "we apologize for the situation and will send someone to check it" but NO help came. If I could rate Renter's Warehouse 0 stars I would. They are the least professional and most incompetent company I have ever had the displeasure of working with in any capacity in my professional or personal life. Every employee I interacted with was utterly incompetent at completing the basic tasks of their job. I would not recommend anyone contract with them. I am a landlord...My experience with this company was very bad. BEWARE...The staff is untrustworthy and the owner never responds to any calls or messages or emails. I believe the staff never gives her any messages keeping her from finding out their shady practices. They over charge in maintenance service. They do not return security deposits to landlord. Not sure how they are for owners, but I can tell you that they do not care about the tenants living in the property. We have had multiple things break and have to pay almost $100 every time they come to even to look at it. Most of the time, said thing breaks again. When the dryer went out they wanted to take over a week to even come look at it. I honestly cannot wait to be done dealing with them.

I have a wonderful first year however the second year someone "accidentally" quadrupled a fee on my statement. I talked to several people and they all claimed they will fix the issue and call me back, They never did. I also have 2 other properties where the lease is almost up I will NOT be using Renters Warehouse again.
