I like doing business with renter warehouse because they are good people to rent for because they help you get caught up on your rent when you get behind I think they are wonderful people and they get the repair done right away no problem. So want to thank them for what they do.

Michael Smith was wonderful to work with while trying to find a rental home. I was on a very tight timeline during a move from Colorado to Missouri and needed a place that would allow 4 pets and had the accommodations I needed for my 89-year-old mother! He was the only one who did not take my application money prior to actually seeing if he had anything that would fit my unique needs! Michael Smith was biased and unresponsive. We had a scheduled tour that no one showed up to, and when asked about it his responses were very rude.
