Update: After being on with RW for over a year now, the experience has not been great for one house in KC. The renter they procured stopped paying rent and the local office was not responsive in the process to get them evicted costing me about $6K in lost rent, turn costs, and attorneys fees. After the house was turned a second time, there were many items missed which caused water damage to the property causing an additional $2000 in repairs. Please stay away. Don't make mine and many other peoples mistake. Communication is literally nonexistent. When showing the house to new people, the realtor would TEXT US AT 10:30PM that he would be there at 9am. MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. Days that wouldn't work due to work, no one home, or simply our distrust for the realtor, we were told too bad. They will do physically whatever they can to get out of paying security deposits back. I moved to KC from Ohio in August of last year and thought it would be best to get a rental through a property management company as I have two young children and a yard is a necessity. I was able to find a home on Renters Warehouse and the pictures looked amazing. Due to time constraints I was unable to fly out in person to look, but trusted the photos and my research of the area. If I could give this company no stars I would. We moved into our rental property in Kansas City and the manager said certain things would be taken care of ASAP. That was December 10. Nothing was done so we made maintenance requests on Jan 13. It is now March 16 and nothing has been done. Our windows are so fogged in the kitchen and family room we literally cannot see out of them. The stair treads going to the basement come loose as you walk on them and several people have fallen down the stairs. The fireplace is inoperable. ... read more

Company simply can't handle normal customer service. Can't answer calls, call back, answer emails, can't keep track of paper work. So now I have to spend and extra $150 because they can't find the maintenance paperwork regarding a part that got replaced. They are not a company for the people they are a company for the most money they can get.
