This has been such a great experience. We were very pleased at how easy it was to handle all the details and get moved in so quickly. Quentin was great to work with and made it a worry free process. We love our new home!!
WORST management company I have ever encountered, and I am a property manager myself. The communication is tragic. Maintenance requests mean nothing to them as they are ignored and "process one thing at a time". Dishwasher has not worked since move in (April), this is mid JULY. I have 3 kids under 8..if you can imagine my frustration. Sewer pipe is leaking, if I was the owner I would want to know as this can turn into bigger issues. UPDATE JULY 2018 READ THROUGH I sadly can not give this company a negative 5 star! We had a move in date of Sept. 1, 2017. We were moving from the Boulder, CO area to KC, MO. Found this house the last day we were in town visiting Missouri for a place to put up our new store front. Diana from Renters Warehouse met us to show us the home.
