it's not even renters warehouse who i have an issue with because it's not even they fault it's the homeowner who i have a issue with all they care about is money money they don't fix anything i ain't been inside my home for a year & have been receiving HELL ‼ they don't fix anything but wanna haunt you down for rent money anytime you have an issue they will leave you on read don't move here

They were more than happy to take our prorated rent to move in 10 days early. Then we get the excuse nothing(cleanin,maintenance,painting) were done because the owners have a strict 30 day policy for turnover after previous tenant moved out. Why take our money if things can't be done? If I could score it lower than zero I would. They have no regard for basic human rights and health. This company left us living in black mold for over two months while they kept looking for the cheapest price for a contractor to do the job. We have a son who had cancer and was immunocompromised and they still refused to accommodate us in a hotel and left us to fend for ourselves. We have been renting from Renter's Warehouse for about 18 months now. We should have been given EVERY key and pass code that went with the rental property the first day we took residence and paid our rent. We were not. We still don't have a pool key, yet through our rent price we pay the HOA. Their contact phone number is to an , surprise surprise, overseas call center. We have had nothing but problems. The house we moved into 5 months ago is Infested with termites!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Renters Warehouse only response is "the vendor should be contacting you shortly " it's been 4 days.

W e DO NOT recomend this company. We moved to this apartment on May1 and in May 11 we had to open like 5 or more maintenance case of report. A lot of thinks were in bad condition, The fridge was without handles and just had 1 shelve. The apartment was painting and all was painted, it was imposible to open the windows to clean. I don't recommend renting from this company AT ALL. As a renter, I figured as long as I paid my rent on time & tried to be nice and patient with them, I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. WRONG!
