I have been renting a condo through Renters Warehouse since April 2019, and the experience has been OK. Unless something needs repair, it's pretty easy to submit my monthly rent payments via their online portal. Maybe once or twice per year, they will hire a third party to come inspect the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, but that's about it. Unless I have a repair needed, Renters Warehouse and the owner leave me alone, I leave them alone, I pay my rent, and all is well. HOWEVER, I'm not pleased with Renters Warehouse ... read more

Haseeb was responsive and worked quickly to find a tenant for our condo. He was optimistic and found a tenant faster than originally estimated. We are happy to have found this service. We recommend using Renters Warehouse.

I worked with Baljit and Vicky and they were amazing! They provided thorough list of properties available for rent based on my preference. Very professional and timely in responding, showing listings and helping with leasing. Definitely recommend them!

We ended up renting Colin B.'s property (see his review below) and Nikki Koch was the agent. She was very nice, punctual, responsive and knowledgeable. She worked quickly to get things done. It's important to remember that Renter's Warehouse (and Nikki) represents the owners, not tenants. Once our offer was accepted, RW presented us with a lease containing some really unfavorable provisions: like a deductible for repair/maintenance visits and an "as is" clause for certain, important appliances. I'm in the process of renting a condo with renters warehouse. Baljit and Vick have been awesome to work with! It's my first time renting and they have made the whole process super easy! They respond immediately and have worked with my schedule to view the condo! Overall great experience!

We have used Renters warehouse for the past three years and they are great. Nikki Koch found us renters while I was deployed to Kuwait, which gave me significantly less to worry about during that deployment. The team at renters warehouse are good people and help you do things the right way as a landlord. Whether you are a new landlord who needs expert property managers or you are an experienced landlord who wants one less thing to worry about, you can't go wrong with renters warehouse.

I worked with Nikki Koch at RW as a realtor, and she was terrific and easy to work with. She made some great suggestions on things to replace/repair at my property and conducted herself with the utmost professionalism. She is extremely personable and very responsive, and went above and beyond in helping secure a responsible and well-qualified tenant. I look forward to working with her more often.

One of the best and easiest companies to work with. We worked directly with Julia Gull, and she was the most polite, down to earth, and professional people I've worked with during my time in northern Virginia. She made our transition smooth and even helped us out with things that went above and beyond her job description. Would definitely recommend!
