Insurance option doesn't work. I'd like to add renters insurance but when I click on the option to enter my information, the page flashes up for a second and disappears. If I refresh, it does the same thing and I've been checking for a few months. There's literally no way to get past this. Otherwise the app has been fine.
It's great not having to drive to pay the rent but don't like that it charges a fee.

I was skeptical of this as a tenant but it's actually very convenient. I only had one thing that needed to be addressed by customer service, and they were very fast and friendly in resolving a minor issue.
