have been using this app for a few years to pay rent and now app is saying the email I have been using is not linked to property or lot, it's been working for years, what's up with that?
So far, have attempted to set up auto pay with ACH method. However, once the deposit and code show up in my statement, there is no way to submit the code. The app continues to say "something went wrong", leaving the only other option as submitting my card information, for which there is a nearly $20 convenience fee. No thank you. ACH method is $1.00, yet it does not work. Chatted with support, said they will look into a way to pay rent without using the "Plaid" platform. Hope this is possible.
