Disappointed After ordering the wrong part (my bad) for a replacement nib for my S-Pen, I immediately sent an email asking for a cancelation. After they didn't respond over the weekend (which is fair enough I guess), I decided I would call a bit after they said their phone hours start. The phone still said that they were closed, and soon after that my order shipped. I'm not sure what happened to this place but I would be careful doing business with them. I ordered an oled screen for an iphone and got a fake Chinese knock off iphone screen that i can't use. I spent close to $200 for an oled screen and got something that look like it's worth $20.They sell knock off products a for high price. Stay away from them.

On 5/17 I ordered a product form this company. I received the verification email and said product was getting ready to ship and I would be notified of the tracking information. On 5/27 I had not heard from this company. I sent an email inquiring. They stated I should have received an email that got was on back order until 5/28. On 5/29 I received the tracking information. We returned our product we purchased and they refuse to give us our money back. Had to pretend to be someone else to get some type of response and even then they continue to ignore us. Shady business that stills peoples money.

Worst experience possible. I made a purchase on May 15th with 3-4 day shipping. The item did not arrive within 7 days so on May 22, I emailed, called, and texted the company. The phone number does not get answered, and no response on the text. Some one from the company emailed me on the 23rd and said:Good afternoon,I apologize for the delay in shipping. I have tried several times to get in touch with ANYONE at the company, and I've just been completely GHOSTED. I ordered a new replacement digitizer for a customer's phone, and it was defective. I sent back the digitizer, and was told that the new one would be shipped out to me the following week. I never got a tracking number, and I never got the digitizer. I will NEVER order from them again. Paid for overnight shipping and it still took over a week and Im still waiting on the back screen. Big scam site!! I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND. I called and left messages and no returned calls, I emailed and no response, I texted and no reply. Live and learn. Ill never recommend them again.

Stay away from this Junk yard. They sell cheap parts for hefty price saying that they will provide life time warranty. Heck No. The support service is as cheap as the quality of the items they sell. And don't mind to pay 15 to 20$ of shipping charge to send the defective item back to them to get a 30 to 40$ refund. Excellent isn't it?? These are tricks to make you feel like not sending the item back to them and better throw it away and shop somewhere else and they can happily keep the money for the cheap plastic thing that t... read more
