I will NEVER order from them again. Paid for overnight shipping and it still took over a week and Im still waiting on the back screen. Big scam site!! I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND. I called and left messages and no returned calls, I emailed and no response, I texted and no reply. Live and learn. Ill never recommend them again.
Stay away from this Junk yard. They sell cheap parts for hefty price saying that they will provide life time warranty. Heck No. The support service is as cheap as the quality of the items they sell. And don't mind to pay 15 to 20$ of shipping charge to send the defective item back to them to get a 30 to 40$ refund. Excellent isn't it?? **** company I paid for FEDEX 2 day shipping and they didn't even ship it for over 2 weeks customer and used USPS customer service is non existent and then when they did finally email back they where rude and threatened me when I told them they where scamming people. Worst company I've ever dealt with DON'T GIVE THEM A DIME.
I’ve ordered parts from here before and it’s always arrived in a timely manner. This time around it was an emergency and I really needed the parts I ordered because I didn’t have a working phone. Disgusting business practices, customer support line is non existent, fraud
Scam! Never received the item I ordered. No one answers the phone number they advertise on their website.
Ordered an replacement screen for my cellphone and been over a week. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Let a message to cancel my order and still haven't received it yet. Going to put my charge on the fraud. Stay away from this shady company.
I received a screen that did not work. After contacting company by email that informed me to return screen provide tracking ( which I paid for label to return) and I would receive my refund in 1-2 days. Well it has been 2 weeks since they received the screen back and no one has reached out to me , refunded me despite me numerous emails and phone calls ( which Ive never had a single person answer the phone) left messages . Needless to say not impressed with this company !
Ordered parts on August 19th, its now August 31st and they still havent given items to ***** Emailed with no response.
