My experience was great. The iPad screen I ordered was top notch it came with the puzzling adhesive allready on the screen. It came with the home button in place and ready to go. Very fast shipping and professionally packaged. I will defiantly be a returning customer.

I ordered a Premium Soft OLED screen for my iPhone. They sent me a cheap LCD instead. They never answer the phone or respond to their emails. NEVER buy from ****** Parts ***!! They are a scam, and I wish I had known before I bought!
I received a damaged package with two poorly protected screen protectors. Both were broken. I reached out by email and phone but have not received any response. Im not blaming the package damage on them, but not responding for days? Thats on them. I should have done my research as a quick search would have shown me the multiple complaints people have with this place. I hope the $15 is worth another bad review.
I ordered SOLED screen for my iPhone by paying premium price , however, I received a cheap lcd screen, I was trying to get a refund for past few days but no response, horrible service
Ordered an OLED screen and received an LCD like many others in the complaints and reviews on BBB. Reached out to receive the correct product and was told it would be shipped out within 24 hours and that they were sorry. Didnt ever get a package or tracking number, or a confirmation email that my proper product was on the way. Did not respond to at least 4 emails up to 14 days after the original email regarding the incorrect product. Issued a chargeback with my bank. Wont respond to me about a faulty product. Ive tried by email, call, and text. I dont recommend using them. Terrible experience and waste of money
