The team made sure our needs were met. Worked well together with every team member. Always explained what n why the process was being done. We had water damage pretty bad. Bea was very professional as well as all members. We r now waiting for the the finish out which I know will be quickly.
I cannot write enough good things about Restoration 1 Jackson. From the first day that they arrived at my flooded house until the repairs were completed, I didn’t have to do one thing myself. I love Restoration 1! We have used them twice for water damage and repair and they have always been so great to work with. They are always very professional and polite and the communication is top notch. Another thing I love is how great they are about cleaning up after themselves throughout the process. I am so glad I used Restoration One because they did a great job all the way around. They were quick to get David Hogg to my home to access the damage after water flooded half of my house. He had Will come out and set up equipment to start the drying process. About about a week later Will and Demetrius did the demolition work.
